Short Axis Stroke Clinic

(Breaststroke & Butterfly)

When you are learning competitive swimming, every step of the way you are forming habits that will affect your development. As we get older, the repetitive motions in the water - whether good or bad - become muscle memory. At Mammoth Swim we focus on the details that make up each stroke to better understand the significance of stroke mechanics and how it affects performance. We will learn strategies to prevent injuries, such as prehabilitation exercises and dynamic warm up routines, as well as positive mindset practices. We help shape both mental and physical habits the right way from the start.
